A harness library (Tier 1) of Understory. It holds no constitutional power and no entry point, and is depended on only downward — a tool the institution is measured with, not part of its government.

Install
pip install oak-understory-record
Part of the OakQuant oq-sync set. See understory/docs/repositories-and-packaging.md for where this package may live and what it may import.
