Generate iCalendar feeds for the Octopus Greener Nights schedule.

Octopus Greener Nights iCalendar Feed
Octopus Energy has a Greener Nights program where you can get credit for charging your EV overnight on "greener nights".
For more details of this, see https://octopus.energy/smart/greener-nights/.
However, the only way to see what nights give you credit is to look at the web site. To solve this I wrote a tool to generate an iCalendar feed so you can add this feed to your phone's calendar.
The source code can be found at https://gitlab.com/rossburton/octopus-green-ical, and the generated calendar feeds are available from https://rossburton.gitlab.io/octopus-green-ical.
