Add a button to rebalance the analytic distribution back to 100%

This module adds a “Rebalance” button to the analytic distribution widget, that let’s adjust a line percentage to make the plan total exactly 100%.

Usage

In the analytic distribution popup, click the rebalance button to adjust this line’s percentage.
