New invoice menu that combine invoices and refunds

Account Menu - Invoice & Refund
By Odoo standard, Invoices and Refunds are in different menu,
This module simply adds 2 new menus,
Invoicing > Customers > Invoices / Credit Notes
Invoicing > Vendors > Bills / Refunds
