Purchase packaging support on invoice lines

Account Move Line Purchase Packaging

This module extends account_move_line_packaging for purchase flows.

On vendor bills and vendor refunds, only purchase packagings are available.

When an invoice line is created from a purchase order line, packaging information is propagated from the purchase order line to the invoice line.
