Allow set announcement dialogs fullsized by default

This module extends announcement dialogs for adding the possibility to show dialogs fullsized by default.

Configuration

To show the Dialog fullsized by default you have to add the system parameter key announcement.full_size with any value. Remove the parameter record to disable this behavior.
