Budget Allocation - Advance Clearing

This module adds funds and analytic tag conditions for advance budget in order to generate accurate budget monitoring and budget source fund monitoring. It allows to allocate advance to specific funds and to analyze advance by specific tags, which can be useful for financial management and budgeting. Additionally, it also enables to track advance effectively, by providing detailed information about the advance, for better decision making.
