Set FR country on `base.main_company` record to set up French localisation.

Apply French Chart of Account to main company when installed before account module.

To achieve this target current module set FR country base.main_company on partner.

Account module will do the rest of the job.

It has no effect if account module is already installed.

It’s not mandatory but you may consider to use this module https://odoo-community.org/shop/change-auto-installable-modules-8994 and configure it to make current module auto installable as defined in the documentation.
