Adds phone call result tracking and reporting to CRM phonecalls

Adds a field to set the result of CRM phone calls, allows creating new result options, and enables filtering and grouping by call result.

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

1. In CRM > Configuration > Calls, you can define new phone call results.
