CRM Sale Automatic Quotation

This module allows you to generate quotations with quotation templates from an opportunity. It also adds a wizard to massively do it from list view.

Installation

To install this module, you need to:

1. Only install

Configuration

To configure this module, you need to:

1. Go to Sales -> Configuration -> Settings

2. Activate the ‘Quotation Templates’ option and go to Quotation templates to create or edit one.

3. Activate the ‘CRM Automatic Quotation’ field and edit a domain for oprtunities if you want.

To configure the wizard, you need to:

1. Configure the default mail template:

   1. Activate the developer mode

   2. Go to Settings -> Technical -> System Parameters

   3. Search crm_sale_automatic_quotation.crm_sale_automatic_quotation_wizard_email key

   4. Introduce its value by the external identifier of your desired mail template

2. Set the crm stages the leads will be updated to:

   1. Go to CRM/Configuration/Stages

   2. Mark the “Dest. Stage in Automatic Quotations Wizard” check in the form view of the desired stages.

   3. Note that you should only mark one stage per crm team

3. Configure the default review automatic quotation activity values:

   1. Go to CRM/Configuration/Activity Types

   2. Search Review Automatic Quotation and open its from

   3. Adapt its default values to your liking

4. Configure the ‘Quotation Templates’

   1. Go to Sales/Configuration/Quotation Templates

   2. Activate the ‘CRM Automatic Quotation’ field and edit a domain for oprtunities if you want.

   3. Note that this option is also used outside the wizard.

   4. You can exclude templates from the wizard with the ‘Exclude from CRM Automatic Quotation Wizard’ field

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

1. Go to a CRM module opportunity.

2. Click on ‘Automatic Quotation’ button.

3. All quotations that satisfy the template domain will be created.

To use the wizard, you need to:

1. Go to a the CRM opportunity list view

2. Select the opportunities you want to create quotations for

3. Click the “action” button and then the “Create automatic quotations” button

4. Review and/or modify the configuration Parameters

5. Click the “Create Quotations” button

6. If an error was detected on a opportunity, it will be shown and you will have the chance to correct it and click again in the “Create Quotations” button
