Currency Rate Update - BNR
This module adds Banca Națională a României (BNR) as currency rate provider.

Installation
To install this module, you need to:
clone the branch 18.0 of the repository https://github.com/OCA/l10n-romania
add the path to this repository in your configuration (addons-path)
update the module list
search for “Currency Rate Update - BNR” in your addons
install the module

Fetch the exchange rates from curs.bnr.ro. Since 2026-08-04 the BNR moved its XML feeds off www.bnr.ro: the daily URL now returns the BNR homepage as HTML and the yearly one answers with a 302 to the homepage, so every update failed with SAXParseException: <unknown>:1:0: syntax error.
