Send Observations to CBL Picking Deliveries with customer_note field

This module extends the functionality of delivery_cbl and sale_stock_picking_note to allow you to send the customer_note field of the picking to CBL with their observations fields.

Configuration

To configure this module, you need to:

1. Go to Inventory / Configuration / Shipping Methods

2. Select your CBL Carrier

3. Set the “CBL Observations Size” with your desired value

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

1. Create a picking with a CBL shipping method. See delivery_cbl’s readme.

2. Fill the “customer_note” field of the picking, it is located in the “Comments” tab. You can also set a default value in the customer.

3. Confirm the picking to send it so CBL

4. In the chatter, download the CBL tag report. The observations will be filled with your picking’s customer_note

Known issues / Roadmap

• The module has been developed using a monkey patch to edit the CBLRequest class. It will be tried to edit it to Odoo extension inheritance changing the main class to a transientModel
