Helpdesk Ticket Field Service Equipment
Link helpdesk tickets to field service equipment. This module allows you to link helpdesk tickets to field service equipment in Odoo. It enhances the functionality of the helpdesk and field service management systems by enabling users to associate specific equipment with support tickets, facilitating better tracking and resolution of issues related to that equipment.

Usage
On a helpdesk ticket, pick the Equipment concerned; its stage is shown next to it and the service order created from the ticket gets the equipment.
On an equipment, the Tickets smart button counts and opens its helpdesk tickets.
