This module allows to declare helpdesk tickets from stock operations.

Configuration

• Go to the desired operation types you want to allow helpdesk creation.

• Check the box ‘Allow Helpdesk Ticket’

• If you want a dedicated helpdesk team, fill in the ‘Default Helpdesk Team’ field too.

Usage

• See configuration section to enable helpdesk mechanisms on stock.

• Go to the desired operation type and the stock picking list view

• On each line, you can declare a Helpdesk ticket by clicking on ‘Helpdesk’ button.

• Fill in a description

• Click on ‘Create Ticket’

• You can also go to the desired picking form view, and click on the magic button (‘Tickets’).
