Configuration

To configure this module, grant users access to the “Editable timesheets” privilege. You can do this by:

1. Going to Settings > Users & Companies > Users, selecting a user, and setting “Editable timesheets” to “User” under the Website section, OR

2. Going to Settings > Users & Companies > Groups, searching for the “Editable timesheets” privilege, and adding users directly to its “User” group

If you want all portal users to be able to edit timesheets, add the “User” group of the “Editable timesheets” privilege as an implied group of the Portal group.

Usage

Users in the Website group Editable timesheets will see a plus button when they hover over Timesheets.

Clicking the plus button allows them to add a new timesheet line:

They can also edit their timesheet lines by hovering over a line and clicking the pencil button next to the date, or delete a line by clicking the cross next to the duration:
