Create vendor bills from SAT received CFDIs

Mexico - SAT Vendor Bill Download

This module creates draft vendor bills in Odoo Community from received CFDIs stored by the l10n_mx_sat module after SAT bulk download.

Install satcfdi on the server (see l10n_mx_sat documentation) so SAT web services can authenticate with FIEL credentials.

Configuration

1. Install l10n_mx_sat and configure FIEL credentials in Settings > Companies > SAT Connection.

2. Enable Download received CFDIs and run Sync now (or wait for the scheduled SAT download).

3. Review draft vendor bills created from downloaded XML files.

Usage

When l10n_mx_sat downloads received CFDI XML files, this module creates matching draft vendor bills automatically.

Each imported bill includes:

• Partner resolved by RFC (auto-created if not found)

• Tax matching (IVA, ISR, IEPS) using pre-configured Mexican taxes

• The original CFDI XML attached to the bill

• A chatter message with the UUID reference

Review the draft bills and validate them as needed. The CFDI UUID is stored for deduplication — the same invoice will never be imported twice.

Monitor SAT downloads under Accounting > Configuration > SAT Downloads.
