Show Create/Import buttons in activity tree view

This module allows to show the create button and the import option in mail.activity tree view.

Usage
Once the module is installed, the create button and the import option in mail.activity tree view will be visible for all users that have create rights for mail.activity model.
Known issues / Roadmap
Move the module to sy-mail repository when migrating to v18.
