Usage

• Got to Maintenance > Equipment menu.

• Open any equipment.

• You will see a Certifications tab.

To configure expiration notifications:

• Go to Settings > Maintenance > Certification and enable Expiration Alert: Configure Reminder Rules link is shown to define how many days before expiration each reminder is sent. They are also accessible in Maintenance > Configuration > Certificate Reminder Rules.

• The daily cron job Maintenance: Notify Expiring Certificates will send email notifications to the assigned technician or owner.
