Mgmtsystem Nonconformity Quality Control Oca
This is a bridge module between Management System and Quality Control
This module contains some new features for Management System modules.
Nonconformity (NC)
Quality Control Inspection: add a field to link a specific quality control inspection.
Automatic Nonconformity is created on an inspection when inspection related to a product fails.

Configuration
Automatic Nonconformity (NC) creation for products:
Go to Inventory > Products > Products and select “Create Nonconformity” flag under Inventory tab of a product.
Add a trigger for product in order to create inspections when product is used in any Transfers such as Receipts/Internal etc
Usage
NC QC Inspection
Go to Inspection → create a new one
Go to Management System → Nonconformity
Create new Nonconformity
Select a Quality Control Inspection on the list
NC Automatic Creation for Products
If “Create Nonconformity” flag configured on a product, a failed inspection creates an automatic nonconformity.
Use Quality Control > Inspections or Management System > Nonconformities to view automatically created nonconformity.
