Manage the content of a property.

PMS - Stock

This module integrates inventory management with the Property Management System.

It includes:

• Inventory location per property: each property can have a dedicated stock location for tracking its contents.

• Content management: manage the physical inventory associated with each property.

• Putaway rules: configure where items should be stored within a property’s location.

Configuration

Setting Up Inventory Locations

1. Go to Inventory ‣ Configuration ‣ Warehouses.

2. For each property, open the property form and set the Inventory Location field.

Usage

Setting an Inventory Location for a Property

1. Open a property in Properties ‣ Properties.

2. Go to the Stock tab.

3. Set the Inventory Location field.

4. Save.
