To install this module, you need to:

Configuration

To configure this module, you need to:

1. Go to a project and activate the “Allow Customer Signature” option. When a task related to this project is created, the “Allow Customer Signature” option in the task will be activated. although it can be deactivated manually.

2. Go to a project and activate the “Send Automatic Signature Mail” option if an email has to be sent to the task’s followers when the task is signed. When a task related to this project is created, the “Send Automatic Signature Mail” option in the task will be activated. although it can be deactivated manually.

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

1. Go to a task with the option “Allow Customer Signature” activated and click on the “Portal Task” button.

2. Once in the portal, click on “Sign” button and introduce the name of the person who signs the task and the signature.

3. If the “Send Automatic Signature Mail” option in the task is activated, and email will be sent to all the followers of the task contaning the worksheet PDF.

ROADMAP

• This module, in the migration to next versions, should be splitted in two: project_task_sign and project_task_sign_portal
