Sale auto remove zero quantity lines
Upon confirming a sales order remove any sales order lines that have zero quantities.

Configuration
To enable this feature you need to:
Go to Sale > Settings > Quotation & Orders.
Check Automatic Removal of Zero Quantity Lines
