Sale Order Product Recommendation with Default Packaging

This module extends the functionality of sale order product recommendations to support gathering and specifying product packaging and to allow you to input that info directly from the recommendations wizard.

Installation

If found, this module will be installed automatically if you have these other 2 modules installed on a database:

• sale_order_product_recommendation, which creates a product recommendations wizard.

• sale_packaging_default, which allows setting and using a default product packaging for the sale workflow.

Configuration

To configure this module, you need to:

1. Go to Sales > Configuration > Settings.

2. Enable Product Catalog > Product Packagings.

3. Save.

Usage

To know how to use this module, follow the usage instructions of sale_order_product_recommendation.

If your database uses product packagings, you should be able to see and use 2 new columns in the recommendations wizard:

• Packaging

• Packaging Qty.
