Configuration

• Create a Helpdesk team for your stock (Helpdesk / Configuration / Teams)

• Create Motives for this stock helpdesk team (Helpdesk / Configuration / Motives)

• On your reception picking type form view, check “Allow Helpdesk Ticket” and set the team you just created inside “Default Helpdesk Team” field
