Configuration

Install the module after the core connector. Enable POS on each relevant Shopify instance and choose whether eligible orders are confirmed and fulfilled automatically.

Validate POS Deliveries is enabled by default. Use it for sales where the goods have already been handed to the customer at the POS. It validates the full delivery quantity even when Odoo has insufficient stock, which can create negative stock. Disable this option if availability must be reviewed before validating deliveries manually in Odoo.

Map every Shopify retail location to its POS warehouse. Configure a service product and account for cash-rounding differences where the shop uses cash rounding.

Usage

POS orders appear in the normal Shopify order bindings and can be filtered with POS Orders or Pending POS. The binding records the retail location, cash-rounding amount, and exchange relationship.

Correct unmapped locations or rounding configuration before retrying an error binding. Refunds and exchanges continue through the core order money and idempotency rules.
