SO Sequence Confirmed Order Base

This module allows assign a different prefix to sales orders in ‘Done’ or ‘Sale’ status. For example: ‘SQ-0001’ in ‘Draft’ status, can be renamed to ‘SO-0001’ in ‘Done’ or ‘Sale’ status.

Installation

To install this module, you need to:

  1. Only install

Configuration

If you want sales orders in ‘Done’ or ‘Sale’ status to have a different prefix:

  1. Go to Configuration -> Sales.

  2. Go to the Quotes & Orders section.

  3. Check the option ‘Different Prefix for Confirmed Sale Orders’.

  4. Enter the new prefix in the field ‘Confirmed Sale Order Prefix’.

  5. Save the changes.

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

  1. Go to the Sales module

  2. Select or create a new quotation

  3. Click on confirm
