SO Sequence Duplicate Confirmed Order Type

This module is an extension of the modules ‘so_sequence_duplicate_order’ and ‘so_sequence_confirmed_order_type’.

This module allows to duplicate sales orders while respecting the prefix of the quotes or confirmed orders. For example: SQ-0001 -> Confirm -> SO-0001 If you want to duplicate the sales order SO-0001, this one will be called SQ-0001/2 and if confirmed -> SO-0001/2

Installation

To install this module, you need to:

1. Only install

Configuration

To configure this module, you need to:

1. Go to Configuration -> Sales.

2. Go to the Quotes & Orders section.

3. Check the option ‘Copy number suffix for duplicate sales orders’.

4. Save the changes.

5. Go to Sales -> Configuration -> Sale Order Type.

6. Create or edit a new type of sale.

7. Select an ‘Entry Sequence’.

8. Check ‘Different Prefix for Confirmed Sale Orders’.

9. Enter the new prefix for confirmed sale orders in the ‘Confirmed Sale Order Prefix’ field.

10. Save the changes.

Usage

To use this module, you need to:

1. Go to the Sales module

2. Select or create a new sales order

3. Click on duplicate sales order
