Stock Putaway Rule Product Handle
This module allows to show product putaway rules handle widget to change the sequence.
That is allowed for stock manager only.

Use Cases / Context
In some cases where putaway rules order is important, user should be able to get access to the widget handle of them to change the sequence. Odoo hides that widget in core.
