This module add Model selection field question type for attach on survey page.

Configuration

Once installed from the configuration of the questions, in the options, you can select the model to apply and also you can add filters.

Since the “Applies to” field points to ir.model, which is only readable by users with Administration / Access Rights, this module grants read-only access to ir.model to the Survey / User group (implied by Survey / Administrator), so that survey editors can configure this question type without being system administrators.
