Manage expenses of a trip: hotel, tolls, fuel

The TMS - Expense module allows drivers and users to register expenses in trips. This module creates two new expense categories: Fuel and Toll expenses.

This is an alpha version, the data model and design can change at any time without warning. Only for development or testing purpose, do not use in production. More details on development status

Installation

There are two ways of installing the module:

Transport settings

1. Go to Transport app.

2. Go to Configuration > Settings.

3. In the Trip block, enable the “Manage trip-expenses” setting.

Apps list

1. Go to Apps.

2. Search for TMS - Expense module.

3. Install the module.

Usage

Create expenses in trips

1. Go to Transport module.

2. Select or create a new trip.

3. In the Expense page, create a new expense. The driver is set as the default employee that registered the expense.

4. When the trip is completed, the expense is automatically submitted.
