Allow customers to cancel their website sale orders

Website Sale Order Cancel

This module allows customers to cancel confirmed sales orders directly from the Odoo portal using a simple confirmation modal. Cancellation is restricted based on a configurable period before the sale order’s scheduled date.

Usage

To configure the cancellation period: 1. Navigate to Website > Configuration > Settings > Shipping 2. Set the Cancellation Restriction Period to your desired number of days.

To cancel an order: 1. In the Website app, navigate to My Account > Sales Orders. 2. Open the sales order you wish to cancel. 3. Click the Cancel button to open the confirmation modal. 4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking the Submit button.

The sale order cannot be cancelled if the cancellation period has passed.
