Usage

This module customizes a new kanban view for helpdesk tickets, which includes:

• Add “Unassigned team” as helpdesk ticket team so tickets can be assigned to it.

• Substitute “Unassigned” for “My Tickets” filter in the kanban view.

• Prioritize helpdesk.ticket tree view instead of kanban when clicking on any team dashboard view.

• Add translations
