Add fields information in banks

This module adds a field ‘Bank Code’ and ‘Bank Branch Code’ on Banks.

Usage

1. Go to Contacts > Configuration > Bank Accounts > Bank

2. Fill Bank Code, Bank Branch Code (if any)
