Add a screen on checkout scenario for required package measurements.

This module extends the checkout scenario of the shopfloor module. It adds a screen which allows to enter package measurements required by the carrier.

It depends on delivery_carrier_package_measure_required from the delivery-carrier repository.

This is an alpha version, the data model and design can change at any time without warning. Only for development or testing purpose, do not use in production. More details on development status
