Tag Mixin

ssi_tag_mixin provides a global tagging framework for any Odoo model.

The module ships the following components:

• global_tag_category — master-data categories with optional exclusive (at-most-one-tag) and global_use (auto-available for all models) flags.

• global_tag — individual tags linked to a category with a colour index.

• ir.model extension — adds global_tag_category_ids for model- specific category assignments and all_global_tag_category_ids that merges global + model-specific categories.

• mixin.tag — abstract mixin that adds global_tag_ids and allowed_global_tag_category_ids to any inheriting model.

Installation

To install this module, you need to:

1. Clone the branch 14.0 of the repository https://github.com/open-synergy/ssi-mixin

2. Add the path to this repository in your configuration (addons-path)

3. Update the module list (Must be on developer mode)

4. Go to menu Apps -> Apps -> Main Apps

5. Search For Tag Mixin

6. Install the module
