Usage

Go to the supplier menu This document is modified by the supplier with specific right on its own purchase document

This document is modified by the purchaser pending approbation

Features:

• asked modifications allowed are: quantity, date or price

• update price is optionnal according to supplier

• proposal with quantity set to 0 impact purchase line by cancelling line instead of update quantity

• external users are added to confirmed purchases

• if proposing a null quantity, the purchase order line will be cancelled and the other line’s fields not updated

• update quantity require to reset order to draft while price and date can be set at any time
