Skip tests on runbot builds

Runbot Skip Tests

This module will take out “–tests-enable” from all commands given to instances built by runbot.

Speeds up runbot if the only intention is to do manual browsing tests

Usage

To configure this module, you need to:

1. Go to a repository in the runbot instance

2. Check the skip tests field
