Deprecated — upgrade to v0.11.0 or later. Some releases in this range shipped development-only Neon postgres URLs in the Makefile. All ▎ leaked credentials have been rotated. See v0.11.0 (commit e4bea0b) which removed the hardcoded creds and added a publish-check gate.
