Stub package - ognibuild has moved to a Rust implementation

This Python package is a stub. The ognibuild tool has been rewritten in Rust and is no longer distributed as a Python package.
Please install ognibuild from the Rust crate or your distribution’s package manager instead:
Debian/Ubuntu: apt install ognibuild
Cargo: cargo install ognibuild
