Installation
pip install ohdsi-cohort-generator
Usage
from ohdsi.cohort_generator import CohortGenerator
# Initialize the cohort generator
cg = CohortGenerator()
# Your code here
Requirements
- Python >= 3.13
- R environment with OHDSI packages installed
- rpy2
