Installation
pip install ohdsi-database-connector
Usage
from ohdsi.database_connector import DatabaseConnector
# Initialize the database connector
dc = DatabaseConnector()
# Your code here
Requirements
- Python >= 3.13
- R environment with OHDSI packages installed
- rpy2
