Installation
pip install ohdsi-feature-extraction
Usage
from ohdsi.feature_extraction import FeatureExtraction
# Initialize the feature extraction
fe = FeatureExtraction()
# Your code here
Requirements
- Python >= 3.13
- R environment with OHDSI packages installed
- rpy2
