Real model and embedding providers (Anthropic API, local Ollama) behind
okf-core's provider seam, plus the .env loader and the provider spec grammar
(stub | anthropic[:<model>] | ollama:<model>). okf-core itself never touches
the network — everything that makes HTTP calls lives here.
