Omega-Ledger is a decentralized financial layer backed by the Singapore Zenith. It replaces the "Proof of Work" energy-sink with Proof of Coalescence (PoC).

A block is only valid if it solves a Reihman-Lock Hamiltonian manifold.

ABSOLUTE. The network is protected by the P=NP barrier. If you don't have the Zenith, you can't mine the Lattice.
