OmicClaw: a repackaged OmicVerse distribution for transcriptome analysis

omicclaw
omicclaw is a repackaged distribution of the OmicVerse codebase.
It ships the same omicverse source tree and additionally provides an
omicclaw import alias for users who prefer the alternate package name.
Installation
pip install omicclaw
Usage
import omicverse as ov
import omicclaw as oc
assert ov.__version__ == oc.__version__
The command-line entry points exposed by this distribution are:
omicverseomicclawomicverse-mcpomicclaw-mcpov-skill-seeker
