Omnyx Codex Plugin
Personality-driven adaptation for OpenAI Codex CLI.
Installation
pip install omnyx-codex
Setup
# Authenticate with your Omnyx account
omnyx-codex setup
# Or provide API key directly
omnyx-codex setup --api-key omx_your_key_here
Usage
Codex will automatically adapt based on your inferred personality traits:
- High Conscientiousness → More detailed planning, explicit test coverage
- High Openness → Exploratory solutions, creative alternatives
- Low Extraversion → Minimal chatter, focused responses
- High Neuroticism → Defensive coding, error handling emphasis
Commands
omnyx-codex status # Show connection and adaptation profile
omnyx-codex pause # Stop sending prompts to Omnyx
omnyx-codex resume # Resume adaptation
omnyx-codex suggest # Show pending personalization suggestions
omnyx-codex model # View/change model policy
omnyx-codex forget # Delete device and local data
Privacy Modes
raw_prompts(default): Send prompts for best adaptationpaused: No prompt submission
Change anytime: omnyx-codex config --privacy-mode paused
