The OpenCOAT Runtime — Concern-Oriented Agent Thinking for LLM agents.

This package ships the entire runtime stack:

Schemas and data envelopes live in the sibling opencoat-runtime-protocol package. Host-side integration (joinpoint emitter + first-party framework adapters) lives in opencoat-runtime-host.
