Custom Orange Bio Sci Widgets
Project description
BioSci for Orange Data Mining
For now, contains a widget for preprocessing GEO gene differential expression data.
Installation
- Make sure you have Orange Data Mining installed
- Download this package
- Run:
pip install orange-biosci
Usage
- Open Orange Canvas
- Find "BioSci" in the widget menu
- Load your GEO data and connect to the widget
