org-knowledge-layer → observed-knowledge-ledger
This package has been renamed. Install the new one:
pipx install observed-knowledge-ledger
okl — the command, the import package and the .okl/ folder — is unchanged. This final
release of org-knowledge-layer contains no code; it only depends on
observed-knowledge-ledger, so existing installs and CI steps keep working. Switch the name
when convenient.
