Quick installation guide:
After downdloading the zip:
Get the zip/tar archive at http://ebbgit.uni-muenster.de/tbitardfeildel/orphhca
Uncompress it (depending on the type file): unzip orphhca*.zip tar -xjf orphhca*.tar.bz
and install orphhca:
cd orphhca.git*
python setup.py install –user
Using git
git clone ssh://git@ebbgit.uni-muenster.de:62246/tbitardfeildel/orphhca.git cd orphhca.git python setup.py install –user
